Over overdraft

Sorry i'm sure its on here somewhere but am in work and so cant look through internet.

I have been charge 2 x £35.00 for going over my overdraft for a day. It was for a combined total of £15.00

Can I get this back or complain in some way???

I seriously cant afford the £70

    If it is the first charge, I would ask the bank if they would refund it as a gesture of goodwill, if not then it is the standard reclaims method.

    Yep. Ask them to refund as a gesture of will.
    It is possible they would respond.
