Co-opertive Bank Members' Credit Card

This card advertises 1% cashback when you use it in co-operative food stores and 0.5% when you use it anywhere else.

Does anyone have one of these or know:

1. Is this in including or in addition to the co-operative membership ponts you earn by using any co-op credit card i.e. 1 point for every £5 borrowed?

2. How is the cashback paid? i.e. to the credit card account/to the co-op membership account? monthly/annually?

1. I'd 'guess' this is above and beyond the Co-op membership points, given the T&C's include details of how cashback will be paid to non- members - but this is only a guess.

2. Per T&C's if you are a member points will be passed over to your Co-op membership statement every 6 months, if not a member you'll be paid by cheque if balance is over £1

I've had one of these cards for about a month now. I had to provide my Co-op membership number when I applied for this card. Cashback is transfered to you membership account and paid out twice a year with your Membership dividend payment. You can choose online on the membership website to either have money sent to you in the form of vouchers (which can be cashed in for hard currency in any co-op branch) or have the payment sent direct to your bank account via BACS.
