Hi all

Need some work doing on the roof:

Remove and replace and broken hip and ridge tiles, repoint and rebed.
Repoint chimney
Cut out and patch point side and front of house
Install pre-bought Velux window
Scaffolding

Quote is £2500

Sound about right?
