My frustration with ownhome

I thought I would tell you all about our frustration with this scheme. I applied in february by sending our documents, copy of passports and original wage slips to joseph rowntree housing assosiation by recorded delivery. After I noticed on the internet they transfered all ownhome applications to my4walls I called the people who supposed to have my application. They said they have no record of me applying and lost all the documents. I called post office to ask where the documents were and they said it was delivered to the address. I was told by my4walls to apply again and they will put my application forward without waiting. They send me a letter saying it was approved and cooperative bank was going to contact me for assesment in 6 weeks. They never did. So I called places of people and was told they havent got any record of me applying. So they put my name down for the scheme and as told had to wait for 8 weeks. I told them I already waited for 12 weeks and another 8 weeks will be total 20 weeks wait and we already put an offer on a house and offer was accepted. So cant wait anymore. They said to call my4walls and ask what they been doing with my application. When I looked their website it was saying the funding for ownhome run out. So I panicked and called but they said their system is not working and they were going to call me but after 2 days still no phone calls.

The estate agency just called me and asked whats going on with our mortgage. I dont know myself mate

All I know is I am frustrated. What now??? What other people experience with this scheme and any succesfull apllicant. How long it took you to get in to your new house.
