Will it still be a viable claim?

Just a very quick question.
I put in a claim for my charges in 2007. Then the court case started and I was sent a letter advising me claims were being put on old for the time being. My claim never got to the court stage. When/If the claims start being dealt with again will my claim still be from 2001 or from when the cases were put on hold?
