Help please!!!
Does anyone have one of these devices?
I have a Squeezebox 3rd generation network music player.
I have sucessfully configured the SB to my wireless router and installed SqueezeCenter onto my pc.
I have an extensive digital music collection on the PC, and this shows up in SqueezeCenter so the music is in the right place.
The Squeezebox will connect to internet radio, and that is all working fine, I just can not get the PC to 'talk' to the SB.
In the setting menu in SqueezeCenter under the Player tab it says 'Your player is not found'. Clearly this is the problem, but try as I may, I can not seem to find anyway to connect the SB so that it is recognised on the PC.
Many thanks

Temporarily turn off your PC's firewall and see if that resolves the problem. If it does then you can turn the firewall back on and focus on firewall settings. Google will be your friend for this as I'm sure you won't be the first to have had such a problem.0

:beer:Thanks Ed. I'll give it a try, although I'm just in the middle of fitting a new Givi box onto my bike. Seems like we have a couple of similar hobbies!Don't lie, thieve, cheat or steal. The Government do not like the competition.

Speaking of Givi, next time I go to the US I'm going to get some of these Caribou cases which fit onto Givi mounts. http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1027590 -
