I am the same, suffering from insomina at the moment, waking up at 5am every morning, sitting here feeling quite rough too, I am going to have to get some thing to get me back into my sleep pattern,

What has izzy dine this morning,

I think the light mornings are confusing her and she thinks it's time to get up before it really is :rolleyes: so she wakes me up between 4 and 5am most mornings :eek::eek: sometimes I persuade her to go back to bed and manage to get back to sleep but on days like today she's having none of it :rotfl::rotfl:

the rain woke me up at 5 although it looks like it has pretty much stopped now... must remember to do the washing today

How are we all today?

Got 2 overdue reports to write for mystery shopping, a very messy bedroom,over 1800 emails and loads of comps to catch up on so will be dipping in and out of here today.

Have a good 'un folks, and here's hoping the postie brings everyone something nice.
