Had to nip out to post eBay stuff today, got home to a statement from my catalogue but they have completely messed it up. Even when I phoned up lady couldn't understand it, I'm sure it should only be £10.00 to pay but they are adamant it's £22.23 can someone check this for me please?

Order came to £83.18. I used a £30 off code + had £30.95 commision to come off but then I returned one item £12.23 leaving £10.00 to pay?

They are showing the item has returned saying I have no commision left but still saying I owe £22.23???

will they process the actual refund separately so you owe them £22.23 and then they will give you £12.23 back separately? Otherwise I agree with you, it should only be £10

I'd love to go to a race, haven't been yet, but I aim to next year - I want to do either Monaco (only if I win the lottery ) or Spain (as I'm an Alonso girl) or Valencia (that just looked awesome)
