No wins for me today. Been to docs with dd1 as she has come out in some infected spots, she picked them up from gym club off another girl who had them & dr says they might never go away.

Well I'm still ironing!! Did have a break as mother came round for a brew and to collect Oasis tickets that BM kindly donated.(Thanks again) We can't go as OH HAS to work and I can't change my day off either as my 'work buddy' has an exam for uni that day - !!!!!!!! But my sister is going instead so watch out for her!! hehe!!

Off to docs in a little while as my back is still sore from when I fell down the stairs the other week -ouch!!

Ok, so no wins today from the postie, no WEMs or WTCs - I can handle that, I am a big girl.

But a telephone call from DH to remind me that he does not want a card tomorrow for our wedding anniversary makes me MAD! Obviously, that means I am not getting one either! Fourteen years tomorrow!!! Is that not worth celebrating?????? :mad::mad:

FINGERS CROSSED PLEASE that I get a lovely win tomorrow to make up for my DH's insensitivity.

Better have a Pimms now to calm down :T:rotfl:

diddlepops...your DH sounds like mine, he's a right miser too! He likes to buy xmas presents after xmas in the Jan sales but most times we don't get anything!
Last year my 9yr old dd asked him if she could buy me some flowers & chocs for my b.day so he got the reduced ones in morrisons that were 50p & half dead and he gave me a box of half eaten choc brazils! I shouldn't complain...at least I got summit!
It's my b.day next wk but I don't hold out for anything, maybe a win will do! :rotfl:
