Got my car back and they've done everything as promised this time. Phew! Also got free service as compensation for the problems, which is a very nice gesture I thought, very happy with that.

Realised I have nothing particularly healthy in for dinner so am having quiche with onion rings and peas. After that my calorie total for today will be 1754 - shouldn't have had that juice at lunch time. If I don't have the onion rings it goes down to 1589. Hmmm, maybe I should do that then? Will do better tomorrow - except I'm going out for dinner with OH - will be a real test. Going to Pizza Express which I love!

Oh yea, edited to say no wins in the post today, not even my mars ball.

Splodz - Pizza express have a new range of 'light' pizzas so you could always go for one of those - they also have the calories listed somewhere on their website which made me feel really bad when I looked at it after just eating there so maybe don't do that....
