Well that's the ice cream and the randoms gone. That's it then. Should I set myself a minimum time limit for this no sugary foods thing? Like one month? Tomorrow is 1st June right? So I could say I'll do it for at least one month and see how it goes?

June should be good. Busy but good! It's my sister's, mum's and nan's birthdays which is the main reason. But also because of the light evenings! :) I really hope the sunny weather stays.

Also if you currently have white pasta try and switch to wholemeal as it contains less/different (?) sugars so is better for you

Am I the only person who hates the light evenings?! I can't get to sleep and then wake up early!

splodz, there was a section on sugar and coming off it in one of my mags, made for interesting reading, it said dont go cold turkey, do it gradual etc some good tips in it

Sounds interesting pp - any more tips keep em coming!!

Still having loads of fruit etc, just not processed stuff like sweets, chocs, cakes etc... and no crisps either - they're my big temptation actually. Really hoping my body doesn't complain too much and that it does me some good!
Life is all about the journey.
