Or I'll scream and scream until I'm sick.
i don't think so but anyway...
i may have to agree with Mewbie on this oneI wouldn't normally correct this sort of mistake, but given that you have criticised others in the past for similar mistakes I couldn't resist. Thanks for being so obviously a sockie! Normally it takes time to winkle them out, but you just couldn't resist could you?0 -

Multicollinearity or Heteroskedasticity are something to do with it if you're interested0 -

so the UK is negative because of one agency or don't the other 4 count anymore
No, didn't say that, but considering how the government are just running money off the presses to try and reinflate the housing bubble, it is cause for concern surely. My belief is they know the market is fubar'd, but are using QE to let it down as gently as they can.0 -
here's the values for the last few months
January 2009 £70,572
February 2009 £76,303
March 2009 £80,762
granted their has been low volumes but it has increased by quite a bit too
it's also interesting that they're hitting the trend line - is this bringing it back to normality?
Howcome you didnt link to the graph that I linked to and chose the graph not showing the weird sales volume data? That's only half the story.
Then you called ME disingenuous?!
Maybe they are hitting the trend line because the data is slightly corrupt? Please, at least, show the full data.0 -
Yes, there is a collective of wreckers, none of whom want a serious discussion, and whom are only interested in trolling/ talking about how well their BTLs/ other investments are doing. They are:
StevieJ
Chucky
Topov
Ess0two
DitheringDad
Dervish
Dan:
Pickles
Edit: add to the list
Jonnybravo
M.Broderick
All trolls with nothing to offer.
Interesting list i am surprised you have included dervish in this list.
I thought you would sympathise with his views being a white south african !!!!!!?0 -

the data isn't corrupt - when there are low sales below a certain number the LR do not quote the number of sales. places like the City of London and Anglesey are these types of areas.
i've been a fan of Merthyr for quite a while from days when Mewbie wasn't such an angry man - look at this post from March when they had a 6% increase.there are quite a few - check the Land Registry report from February.
low volumes of course - but those low volumes are the same for drops in prices too.
many more price drops but the doomers seem to miss these...
Merthyr Tydfil 6% increase.
Newcastle 1.8% increase
Islington 1.2% increase
