Seller non performance

How do you report someone for seller non performance? I won an item 11days ago and never received, opened a dispute on 7th day and suddenly seller can communicate!! she said she would post weds i said okay, i'll let her know when i receive them...now she's refunded and said i was impatient (shes been out of country to a funeral apparently - but has still been bidding and paying for shoes on ebay in the meantime!!) items now relisted, obviously she didn't get what she wanted as it was a bundle i won for 2 quid lol. I'm not impressed, if she wanted more she should have put a higher start price, cheeky cow! How can i report for non-performance??
Thanks!
If google doesn't know it, how should i?

The link is in the Additional Information section of this link - http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/seller-non-performance.html

Opening a dispute on the 7th day may be a little keen off the mark, given that eBay/Paypal request that items are sent with 7 days, but if there had been no reply from the seller at all in this time, it may be understandable.

The refund and relisting is solid ground for a report though IMO.

  • Thanks, I did send 3 emails to her through ebay within the 7 days and got no response at all, however she did appear to have new items being listed on around the 3rd day so obviously was online (dispute the 'funeral' sob story) As soon as the dispute was opened i finally got a response through ebay saying she would post Weds, and one through Paypal saying she would post Tuesday, and all i did was reply to say 'ok i'll let you know when they arrive!' which is why the refund is a bit confusing! 'i did email you so im now going to give you a refund because you had no patience, i was out of the country at my mothers funeral.' (the ebay curse again, eh?)

When trying to report for non performance it asked me for a header, and i had to provide a paypal one, because that's how i received the message from her! Hopefully ebay will see she's lying anyway through her activity and i doubt this is the first time she's done this too, because despite her 100% feedback she seems to keep relisting items that only receive 1 or 2 bids (i see on goofbay lol)

    Thanks for your help.

Goodness, we seem to have nothing but non performing seller threads today..it is odd how these things go in cycles! I think this is a knock on effect of the free listings for 99p items on private sellers and sellers trying to work the system.

I would report them using the link as a non performing seller, neg them and move on.

7 days was a bit quick to open a dispute, but the funeral excuse would have got my goat and that's why I would neg.

That's what got me too! She's been reported now, and i've left negs...but she's followed up claiming i'm abusive! Since when has 'have items been posted?' been abusive? stupid woman! Hopefully ebay will boot her soon enough though!

A polite but factual "refused to sell items at winning bid price" will suffice, and as a follow-up to the neg will really stand out on the feedback pages.

I would follow up the follow up with something along the lines of "You still managed to buy and sell on ebay. Some funeral".
