i had same experince with virgin card where i paid 3 days later and they stopped my 0% interest and charged me £25 for late payment. i rang them and explained to them that it iwas unintentional. they refunded my £25 and offered me 2.9% interest rate rather standard rate. i learnt my lesson i will arrange DD in future.0

My partner called A & L and had the late fee refunded but could only get a revised offer of 6.9% for just six months. Apparently "the computer said no!" to reinstating the 0%, but thats better than nothing.0
