ALDI Desktop PC

Options
ALDI are advertising a desktop PC which will go on sale from Sunday. Cost is £599.99.

I'm looking to buy a new PC, mainly for e-mail, surfing, photos and occasional BBC i-Player.

Is this a decent PC? My current PC, and the one before it, both lasted 5 years each and I'm looking for a new one that will last as long.

I got a pc from Aldi a couple of years ago, excellent price and I can't fault it. I think you get a 3 year guarantee too.

A £150 pc (or a 5yr+ old pc) would do all that

I recently sold a PC inc.monitor for £25, that managed all the above.
The Aldi is overkill, no monitor I see.

Purely for reference, look HERE , I always use it as a start point as to what is available.
    Move along, nothing to see.
