Ebay paypal 1p trick not working?

Have they caught onto this now? IE refunding the 1p to release payments, Its not working now and have no money to post item and can't refund the entire amount as it says it must no exceed your available balance, all in all a nice mess

it didnt work with me when i tried it either.
apparently you can get chucked off ebay for it though, so i wouldnt bother!0 -

If you look onthe ebay forums this has been closed for a while. As Soolin said the quicker you post it the quicker the money is released0
