I have reloaded my HP6061ea Laptop running Vista Home Premium to the original factory spec.
When trying to reinstall IE8 a message said an update is missing and can not load even though updates are up to date and no more to receive, although on looking there are about 13 which have failed.
I have been told that I can download these manually but don't know how to.
Would someone please tell me how to do this?
