Does anyone know a current account that won't charge me to withdraw whilst im in OZ?

    Nationwide is the best. You will be charged 1% of the transaction amount. But this is much better than any other bank.

    Holidays abroad are the one and only reason I keep a flex account debit card active to reduce the costs other banks charge for spending my money.

    And probably better than changing the money at M&S etc before you leave.

    If you search through my previous posts, you'll find a comparison I made against using NW debit card (with and without the charge) against buying currency or travellers cheques before you leave.

    some credit cards can offer 0% foreign rates, if thats a avenue your willing to go down?
