Natwest Current Plus Question

Hi,
I applied online for a CurrentPlus account and was accepted (Which was quite a surprise !), anyway the application said I would either get a Servicecard or Cashcard (Solo), I called up today to see if they had got the form that I had to sign back, they had not got it yet but I asked the guy what card I would get and he said a Cashcard is showing as being offered and also a cheque book, but he said I might get a servicecard once the form was returned and the account was reviewed.
Is this true or am I only likely to get a Solo card ?, as at my age I don't think I would suit it !, and with LTSB I have the Visa Debit card with CGC.
Thanks.
