At long last my flat is passed by building control!

So 3 years after the first brick was laid, my flat was finally signed off by building control. Hopefully I won't have to wait too long before I can move in!
I haven't waited 3 years by the way! The previous buyers dropped out, I've just waited a year:j

It's been on ice since last July!! Hopefully it will be cracked open soon. Though apparently now there is some problem with the lease. It just lurches from one crisis to another.0
