this might be a stupid question, but what if i've moved abroad? I moved to france recently to look for work having failed in Britain.. if I put a French address on my letter will that make me ineligible? thankyou anyone who knows the answer to this.. ti

You would need a servicing address if you were to sue the bank and I would say you may well find you are ineligible for claiming financial hardship. However, can't see any problem with starting the claim with the bank though.this might be a stupid question, but what if i've moved abroad?
