Commission on Empire Stores

I use quite a lot of codes (thanks to the MSE forum), I phoned Empire Stores as I had lost a code that had been sent to me and the woman on the phone mentioned commission.
It's the 1st time I have heard about commission with Empire Stores.
Do I have a little pot of gold somewhere that I don't know anything about?!!!
I am a bit reluctant to call them and ask - reason being I have used quite a few codes and I am worried that she will see this when checking regarding commission on my account.
Is there any way I can check to see how much commission (if any) I have collected.
Thanks for any replies.

I have also been thinking that lately and just never got round to phoning and asking!!!

Hopefully

I had the same though about commission recently as it doesn't show anywhere on your statement from Empire. I asked about it last time I was on phone and can't remember the amount but had about £40. They said I can either request cheque or ask for it to be put to pay my bill at any time.0

Is there not somewhere to click on the 'account' page with Empire online?
I do know they do commision as my Mum shops with them and cashes it is every xmas, so there are little pots of gold out there to collect.
Go get them !!!!!!!!! lol0 -
I've had a good look and can't find anywhere that shows commission.
My friend said that in the small print it says any items bought straight witha credit card and not put on your account don't count towards the commission.
I don't want to rock the boat by calling them because I ordered the tent using a code and I really need it as my son is going away Saturday (need the sleeping bags). All credit cards paid off.

You get comissionwith Empire if you have an account. Go into 'my account on the site and you can either pay it into you account or request a cheque. I've been claiming this comission for yearsThe curve that can set a lot of things straight is a smile0

The commission is only payable to those who sign a credit agreement AND have an account.
I have an account, but have not signed a credit agreement, therefore do not get any commission.
Littlewoods is the same for me too.0 -
A credit agreement? Does that cost more?
What is the difference.
I saw something that mentioned the more you buy the more you save but it said unless you signed up for it then the old version would still be in place - is that the commission they are on about?
I have an account and do put some of the items I buy on the account and pay every month. All credit cards paid off.

I think that with a lot of these type of home shopping catalogues you have to pay at least £10 each payment to get the commission, below that you don't get any, with the exception of Freemans i think.0
