Sorry if there is a thread already relating to this but i have limited access to a computer and don't really have time to search through threads.
I was given a court date for my claim against Alliance and Leicester bank charges. Unfortunately this date was for a week after the "freeze" was put on claims.
I have not heard anything from the banks solicitors since and was just wondering if there is anything i could or should be doing to speed the process up,or is it just a case of waiting for the result of the banks appeals to happen?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If your case is still stayed pending the OFT test case then nope. However, if you are in financial hardship you can get the bank to look at your claim sooner but they don't have to pay out even 1p of the charges.0
