What nappies would you use in a cake for a 12-18month old? Would size 6 be ok?
x
It really depends on the size of the child - I would say more 4 or 4+. My ds is nearly 3 and still in size 5 nappies but my nephew who is 15 months is in size 4+It's easier to get forgiveness than to ask permission0 -

Babycakes 123 and PinkMummy
My 2 best sellers at the Farmers Market last Sat were - flannel chicks and flannel bunnies - with Cadbury creme egg ....£1.50
And white toffee bon bons - 8 in a cello bag with a card label - I drew a pic of a bunny hopping away over a hill and 'Freshly Caught' BUNNY TAILS on them .... 50p- wish I had done more!!
Good luck and hope these ideas help!!:jPobodys Nerfect:j0 -

Hi Emma,
What about cupcakes? Can you bake! I did these ones for work a few weeks ago, they're dead easy. Just make up your sponge mixture and put it in the bottom of the cornet cups and bake them in the oven. You need a swirly nozzle on a piping bag and pipe buttercream in a swirl around the top of the cakes going up each time you come round again. It will then look like a "Mr Whippy"
I've never seen cupcakes like that before, they are fab and my dad would love them. I didnt know either you could put cornets in the oven, do you just bake the cakes like you would any other cupcake?Best wins in 2013 £200 and Mini iPad. 2014 no wins. 2015 2 nights 5* hotel with £300 vouchers plus £1150 Harrods gift card

The cone acts as a case would do - they look great with a flake in and some sprinkles on top!!:jPobodys Nerfect:j0

jojo-sapphire -I do my tube method wrapping exactly the same with a bit hanging off the edge of the table lol - I hate it too!! Ihave tried to teach DH but he's as useless as I am!!
QueenBee - I have just made a load of flannel chicks and bunnies for my fair on Saturday - I'm hoping they all go as otherwise I may have to be forced to eat the creme eggs myself! I haven't made too many just incase and its only small at a local nursery. I have quite a few smallish things to take - I don't generally take too many large cakes to be honest as they take up too much room and I can always take orders
sweetbabycakes -£150!!!1 Wow! I'm still hangin on in there for an order like that -well done!
Those cupcakes in cornets look fab! I think I will give them a go for DD's birthday party! Stupid question - can you still eat the cornet after and does it taste the same as before it went int he oven!?!
I was just wondering if anyone here sells their cakes on etsy/folksy/misi etc? Do you find its worth it? was just wondering am thinking of doing this but not just for nappy cakes other stuff aswell
Happy baking folks!0
