    Fri
    out with work for tea in the pub
    Sat
    southern fried chicken with HM wedges and salad
    Sun
    beefburger and salad
    Mon
    butternut squash risotto HM
    Tues
    rice, vegetables and tomato sauce HM
    Wed
    sweet potato stew HM
    Thurs
    chickpea curry and rice HM
    Fri
    onion bahji, curry, chapati and rice HM

    Breakfast is porridge oats ad honey
    Snacks are banana and orange if I feel virtuous
    Pud is HM rice pud
    Lunch is omlette/salad/HM soup or leftovers
    final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333

    I so need to start doing this.

    Sunday- Pork chops, new pots, peas and sweetcorn
    Monday- pasta bolognaise
    Tuesday- Chicken chow mein
    Wednesday- Cauliflower cheese
    Thursday- Chicken curry
    Friday- ham egg and chips
    Saturday- Ds birthday so party tea.

    Nearly at the bottom of the freezer.

    Sat. Chicken wings in a maple glaze
    Sun. Burger and salad
    Mon Pasta Puttenesca
    Tue Tuna and Sweet Potato Mash with Coconut Milk, garlic spinach or peas, wasabi.
    Weds. Beef Olives and veg
    Thurs. Spanish Omlette and salad
    Fri. Fish Pie?
    All interchangable, Dh may be coming back with some fresh crayfish later if he does they will have to go in there somewhere.

    I like the sound of your tuna and sweet potato mash with coconut milk pawpurrs is it just what it says or any special recipe?
    my plan is ( havent done one for ages)
    Mon- Fajitas
    Tue - out for charity curry night
    Wed - jacket potato ( tuna) salad
    Thur- tuna and pasta
    Fri- Noodles in soup with chicken and veg
    £17,000 credit card debt :mad: balances transferred to 0% and ready to start paying them off like mad
    £6500 student loans
    £5000 loan paid off yay:money: extra £120 a month to put on credit cards
    monthly budget £600 for food, petrol , going out household/vets bills etc
    meal planning since July

    Okay, got to get my act together, so meal planning's the order of the day

    Mon - bangers, mash, onion gravy + maybe yorkies but that's a bit greedy.

    Tue - hm chicken & ham pie, new pots + salad

    Wed - fajitas, if I can stretch the chicken

    Thu - dairy free fish pie, so little one can have some

    Fri - spaghetti with mussels in a white wine sauce

    Monday - Burger and salad (left over from BBQ at parent's house yesterday)
    Tuesday - Fishfingers, chips and veg
    Wednesday - Tomato soup and bread
    Thursday - Turkey, potatoes, veg
    Friday - Chicken fajitas
    Saturday - Pizza, garlic bread and salad
    Sunday - Beef, roasties, yorkshire puds, veg

    I've joined the grocery challenge for June too, hopefully the meal planning will keep me within budget.

    Here is mine for Sunday- Saturday this week.
    Just got back on Sat night and so getting back into meal planning!

    Sun 31st– Tandoori chicken, rice, chapattis, dips

    Mon 1st- Pizza, pasta, garlic doughballs

    Tue 2nd- Toasties (hubby brought these home so we tucked into these and moved everything else a day forward- waste not want not lol!).

    Wed 3rd- Local Breaded haddock, HM potato wedges and roasted peppers/onions/mushrooms

    [STRIKE]Thu 4th- Sausage, black eye bean, sweet potato, carrot and onion casoulet [/STRIKE]
    Thu 4th- HM bbq beans and smoked sausage with roasted sweet potato/peppers/carrots and onions

    Fri 5th- Local Steak Mince (with carrots and onions) n tatties

    Sat 6th- LO mince chilli wraps with cheese and salad
