Virign Card for SBT?

I received my Virgin credit card three weeks ago, intending to use its credit card cheque facility to stooze the available balance (95% of the £8K credit, less £50 fee.)
I called them this morning to complain that I haven't received any cheques yet, and the CSR told me I could do a balance transfer to my current account, without waiting for the cheque. After confirming that the 0% terms etc. will still apply, and triple confirming that we're not confusing a cash advance, the transaction has been processed.
Just thought I'd post this becuse I didn't know Virgin would do this, so may be of help to others.

Yes it has been posted a couple of times and they don't seem to advertise it that a SBT can be done over the phone.
Didn't thing they issued cheques??(anyone else know?)0 -
