My parents recently switched to npower's Sign Online 14 tariff.
Does anyone know how you can access the latest prices? Their website only seems to list the Sign Online 15 tariff and none of us are able to find the version 14 prices.
Also, how do you register for paperless billing? We haven't got an account number yet (just various other numbers, e.g. contract number).

Best method is to telephone them and ask them. I find that even the switch sites usually have the wrong pricing info on them.0
