Washing machine not draining fabric softener

    You don't need fabric softener if you use a tumble drier. Also, fabric softener on dusters mean you can never get your windows smear-free. and it makes towels less absorbant.

    I don't have a clothes line, and I hate 'wasting' this lovely warm, breezy weather. My DH pulled my rotary line up to do some work on the garden, then noticed one of the arms was bent (it always had been) so he threw it on the skip. I didn't realise until the weekend after the skip had been taken away - I couldn't believe it.
