what was that number for gas rebate?

can anyone tell me that number for the gas rebate please? i received the first cheque but am sure the second one was due by middle of march but i havent received it - or was it april?

also, i was meant to receive confirmation that i was being awarded next years rebate - i was told middle of march but havent received a letter yet - anyone know who to call to sort this our please?

As posted on the recent benefits thread. We have chased up on the website e mail address which was very efficient in Dec when claiming.

My Mother has yet to receive either of the £20 cheques and has received her March quarterly bill with nothing on there either so you are not alone. She did however get a letter from British Gas last week telling her she was set up for this coming winter automatically at £60 ( Gas only )

British Gas have messed up with the rebates, I have just had my March Bill and they have ADDED the £20 to my bill instead of deducting it, I phoned them up and they are aware of the problem and say that £40 will be deducted from the next (June) Bill, They said that they would advise people to pay the actual Bill amount (Inc. the extra £20).....(nice little interest earner for them eh!)

You don't have to wait till June to get youur money back tho, you can request a cheque from them, which i am told will take about 2 weeks.
