in Credit cards
Hi, is it possible to be in credit on a credit card.
I recently got accepted for a Virgin card, and am taking advantage of the 16 months 0% balance transfer and so set about transferring the money from my Egg card.
In the time it has taken to set things up and the transfer to go through, I have had to make another payment to Egg, so even with the interest Egg will add for my next statement on the 2nd June, I will have transferred £2000 when I would as of the 2nd June have only owed Egg, about £1800, thus making me £200 or so in credit.
The transfer has gone from showing pending in my Virgin online account, to completed and the transfer is now showing as being on 0% for promotional period i.e. 16 months, so assumably it has all gone through.
So my question really is, what is likely to happen next with Egg.
Thanks for your help.

Thanks for that, still showing in my egg account as me being in debit to them, but I guess they haven't finished processing it yet.0

Yeah, keen for it to have gone through by the time the 2nd June comes up, as I'm set up to pay the usual £200 on payment day and I think I need to change that before the 2nd June, otherwise I could be about £400 in credit, by the time it's sorted.0
