Balance Transfer

Rather than doing a balance transfer from one card to another, couldn't you pay your monthly statement with another credit card? Just like if you were to pay using a debit card - to avoid the fees?

    I know, they have a system in place to recognise CC no's same as mortgages - its to stop exactly what you wanted to do! lol :confused:

    I made that mistake at my cost a couple of months ago.... paid a grand into my CC and then tried to pay another CC with it (online) kept declining - then realised why! Gutted, so had to write a CC cheque for the grand to pay into other CC which cost me £30 (3%) grrr
