Thanks MrsDoodle, that has been posted before here by Kman2001. I wanted to include a link to that post in the main list when it was initially posted but forgot about it
. But now since you've reminded me, I shall do it.
Welcome to the MSE forums btw. And may you enjoy them even more, now that you've decided to post messages

Thanks GoofyGat. I was too chicken to post whilst I was still finding my way round - worried I'd post something that had already been posted.
At least I can hit the thank you button now!0 -
I need help -
I have 360 pics to be printed! I have used Pixum in the past and was very happy with quality and service. But they seem to be charging 3p per picture.
Whats the best deal? Quality for this amount of pics

Whats the best deal? Quality for this amount of pics

- 300x (1st 6 orders): £0.00 (completely free of course) / £5.94 if free del codes have expired
- 60x (7th order will need to include 60 pics): 10x0.10 = £1.00 / £2.49 if free del codes have expired
- Total cost: £1.00 / £8.98
- Going through Quidco could earn you some cashback - attempting one cashback claim only recommended.
2. The next best may be to use [url=
http://www.photobox.co.uk/static.html?name=amazon_landing]PhotoBox Amazon[/url] which gives 60x free. Registering 6 times (with 6 different email addresses) & making 6 separate orders will come to.....
- 360x: 6 free 60x orders + 1.50 (P+P) for each = £9.00
- Going through Quidco could earn you some cashback.
3. Your initial choice Pixum is next. More expensive of course but a lot less hassle compared to the above two....
- 360x: 360x0.03 + 3.99 (P+P) - 0.75 (25 free*) = £14.04 [*Note: Splitting your order into 4 to get 25 free for each order will actually work out more overall!]
- Also be aware of possible extra fees (your post).

If anyone has any comments or advice for me regarding this thread I just posted, I'd be eternally grateful
truprint 1p print offer problems
Has anyone ever notice truprint do this before?
I can send the email to anyone if they wish to check over it
They solicited me, which is the other annoying thing. I was going to use the 1000 free print offer available with fastlab, but I chose truprint because they sent me an email which seemingly didnt have any restrictions to the amount of prints you could order. [i think its because I had registered with them before, but never actually ordered anything yet]
I spent all day yesterday uploading 924 prints too
I've just sent them an email, letting them know that I've now unearthed their hidden white text, and I doubt theyll get back to me until tomorrow. Originally it was the US team which were dealing with it, but theyve forwarded it on to the uk team, who will no doubt not be working due to bank holiday
they have given me an 0870 number to call though, so If I get no response tomorrow with regard to if theyre going to fully honour my order, I'll call them myself
I would be interested to know if anyone else has had any negative experiences with them though.0 -
thank you for the comments on the ad via email.
Well, a weird turn of events
After calling TruPrint this morning, they have called me back to confirm that white text was used in the email ad, but not by Truprint - it was included due to a problem with Googlemail, my email client - which seems to have somehow forwarded it to me with white text due to Googlemail not extending the advertising banners on the ad enough. Weird!
So, the people that I forwarded the ad to also got the googlemail edited version too, hence also seeing white text. Googlemail have been informed of this and are now also aware of the problem.
I thought it genuinely odd that a comapny the size of Truprint would be involved with using white text, and that's because it was odd, and not true.
Truprint have honoured the 1p offer for my whole order and confirmed it will be with me within the next few days. Hoorah for them, since it wasn't their fault.
Once I got to speak with a human being, they dealt with it 100% professionally and took the time to explain things properly too.
A huge thumbs up regarding Truprint from me
