Panda antivirus error

Hi all our daughter has had a dell laptop we`ve gone and tried to put some panda internet security 2009 on it it loads so far then comes up with feature transfer error feature NT Component : Residenteficheros NTPAV
file:c:\windows\system32\PAV Error: Access is denied can anyone help

NB: Panda is not a good antivirus system, you would do better to use something like Kaspersky (commercial) or Avira (free).

If you bank with Barclays you can get Kaspersky for free.

If you are on BTBroadband, on some of the options you get McAffee for free.

DONT install mcafee whatever you do

Panda isnt very good. Kaspersky is the best 'to buy' option

Personally I use AVIRA (free)

It's a LOT better than installing NOTHING, which is what far too many people do!!!

I think the fact i gave 2 alternatives should indicate I advise using SOME protection
Its just theres far better to be had (even for free) then using Mcrapee
