Help please - i want to refund a buyer on ebay

Hi, sorry for asking what is probably a simple question...
I sold someone a spare ticket for a gig which was then rescheduled. As the buyer could not make the new date, i have offered a full refund (he has returned the ticket). What is the best way to process this?
He has already left positive feedback, and i'm thinking this means that any obvious selections in ebay have disappeared, as i can't find them!
What is the most effective way to make sure he gets all his money back, and i pay as little fees as possible?
Thanks for any help!

If he paid by paypal, then you can log into your paypal account, find the transaction, and there will be a refund link. Paypal will return all the fees from that. You will still be stuck with the final value fee on ebay though, not sure if there is any way around that one. This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine:kisses2: Fiancee of the "lovely" DaveAshton :kisses2:I am a professional ebay seller. I work hard at my job, I love my job, if you think it's silly that's your problem not mine.

Correct about the paypal refund, however you can also get your ebay fees repayed, just file a form for an uncompleted transaction, you can choose the option of "buyer & Seller cagreed not to complete the transaction" and you will get your fees refunded.0

Thanks both, that's brilliant! Off to do it all now
