Hi
I like running and I like the sound of the Nike+ gadget but is it really any good/use?
Ive looked at the website but it doesnt give me all the info I need. Can I tailor-make my own runs? And when i use Nike+ does it say in my ear "run now" and "walk now" etc based i what ive created online?
Also, are the nike+ trainers much more expensive than regular trainers?
