after the NLP sessions, I went on the course in November 07. I flew twice in 08 and I am flying again this year.

I've gone from not being able to board a plane to looking forward to flying after 17 years. Its the best money I ever spent as my fears were affecting other areas of my life. I was suffering from claustrophobia so even going to the loo or the cinema was difficult in case I couldn't get out or got locked in.

The course is non specific as it tackles everyone's fears. Whatever fear you have you can be guaranteed someone else will have it and it will definitely be covered.

There are other course of this sort but I strongly recommend Virgin as it was a brilliant day and they didn't treat you like idiots. Every concern was a valid concern however daft it might have seemed to you.
