centrino wireless connectivity

I joined bt openzone some months ago and regularly connect to the net when away from home. It all works rather well.

My big question is am I going to pay for this? I remember signing up for it and giving bank details but so far I haven't been charged a penny.

Second question. Sometimes I seem to connect to other networks that I am not registered with. I still access the net through them. Are they unaware that I am using their wireless network? In London last week I was near oxford circus and found a network that allowed me to use it and didn't ask for any passwords.

Am I worrying too much?
