How can i get ITunes downloaded podcasts onto my mp3 player?

i tunes has a good selection of free podcasts!

when you have found a podcast you like, just hit subscribe & wait for it to download.

then go into the podcast playlist thing (on the left of the itunes window) & drag & drop the podcast on the MP3 player via windows explorer

right click it > show in windows explorer > try copying it from the explorer window to the mp3 player

and you are using the list view? (1st button with the straight lines by the search box)

it downloaded somewhere.....but i dont know where

ive been trying with the list and other.

C:\Documents & settings\user\My Music\iTunes\iTunes Music\Podcasts (xp)

thats where they should have downloaded to
