I've just received my F&F list from my seller and he is leaving pretty much everything I wanted (without me even asking) - dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, free standing wardrobes, bed in spare room, sofa, table and chairs!
I'm a FTB so this is brilliant as he's going to save me a packet! OK, some of the furniture may not be to my taste but I can take time now to choose my own things.
I guess I just need to make sure he doesn't leave a whole load of other rubbish for me to get rid of!
I wouldn't have walked away from a sale because of certain items not being left but I would have definitely kicked up a bit of a fuss if he had said he was going to remove all the downlights throughout the flat.
If you are open to negotiation on some things, just say so. Some of us buyers would be happy to chuck a few quid your way for some much needed items which would be more hassle for you to get rid of.0 -
Hi, can I ask, when can we, as buyers, expect to receive the F&F list?0

when the seller has filled it out returned it to their soliceter, forwarded it to yours, and yours has forwarded it to you, no set time, but before exchange!Pawpurrs x

Thanks paws, was a stupid question, I really should have asked if it came with the contracts or was separate. Good to know we could have sight of it soon!
Thanks again.0 -
No question is stupid, if you dont know the answer

Normally their soliceter will send it to them early on, ie as soon as sale is agreed, if they are efficent, along with the SPIF, so depends on how efficent soliceter is along with how quick the sellers fill it out, and how quick your soliceter forwards it to you.Pawpurrs x
