Got someone elses billing info when completed my order!!??

Did a search on MSE today for Mother's Day Flowers thread and took a look at recommended site https://www.valueflora.com
Decided what I wanted to order for my mum and mil and did my mum's order first online. Order went through and the order info that I printed out was correct. I also recieved the nochex transaction confirmation and separate order confirmation to my email address
Then did order for mil. Order went through, but the order info that I printed had someone else's billing info (name, address, tel number and email), their item info, message and shipping info (recipient's name & address)
, plus my item info, message and shipping info. I only received the nochex transaction confirmation.
Immediately looked at the homepage for contact info and there wasn't a telephone number, so clicked the link for livechat and told them what had happened.
Valueflora Customer Care said sorry about that, your order will be dispatched as normal, the 2 orders had been merged into one, it is secure, your payment details are secure (well they weren't on the order info), the other customer doesn't have your details, but this is just a small error and a rare problem.
This is the first time I've ever had any problems ordering online and just wondering whether I should be concerned enough to drop them a letter

I would write to complain and enclose copies of the chat (u did dave it didn't u?) and a copy of the other persons info.
Refer to the data protection act, their privacy policy, etc.

Yes I did save it and I'll drop them a letter.
One good thing, mil did get her present.0 -
Send their IT department the screen dumps (if you have them saved). Something has obviously gone wrong and they may not know about this. The main thing is to get this put right.
