Hello everyone. Can anyone help me.Ive been offered to buy a family home which is council for 60 grand and im a single 25 year old male so how much would i need to earn per year to buy it on my own.Ive been told around 15000 per annum but nothing exact.Thankyou.
Right dont quote me on this as im not entirely sure, but i think the best way to get a rough of idea of how much of a morgage they would lend you is to times your current salary by 3 & a half.
if its on affordablity - they amount they lend will depend on term of mortgage, also other commitments (debts) you may have that reduces your income , and deposit
