    Took me 2 years to spend my £5 balance ;)

    No, they are not (credit cards). 360money cardholders can never spend more than they have loaded onto their card. When using the card, the amount of each transaction, including any applicable fee, is deducted from the card balance. It is impossible to spend more than you have.
