Quick question about right move

I have seen properties listed on right move as 'Premium lisiting'
What is this? Is it worth while? I was thinking of asking our EA to put ours on as a premium listing.
Thanks for reading.

I love giving home made gifts, which one of my children would you like?

As a buyer, I can't see any benefit to the premium listing - if anything I thinnk perhaps the vendors are a little more desperate! Isearch for the properties I want, and they come up regardless of a premium listing. hthI refuse to enter a battle of wits with an unarmed opponent:rolleyes:0

According to Right move statistics, premium listings get a 20% higher hit rate.
They come at the top of that price band, and are highlighted, agents have to pay extra for this, not sure of the exact costing, as it will vary from agent to agent. House network charge you £99 for this service.Pawpurrs x

As a potential buyer, I don't see the point. Sure you might get more hits, but I'd imagine most of those are from casual browsers who check out the first few on their list every once in a while.
If I wanted a 2 bed flat in notting hill (for argument's sake) I would make sure I looked at every single listed 2 bed meeting my criteria no matter what.
Far more important to make sure it is correctly categorised (eg if it has a garden, make sure it doesn't get filtered out by those searching for gardens).0 -
If the EA will do it at no extra cost to you then I would go for it, anything which potentially gets you more hits is worth it if it's free.Scar tissue that I wish you saw, sarcastic mister know it all, close your eyes and I'll kiss you cause with the birds I'll share this lonely view.0

Agree with loki, I always look for the ones that have changed to premium after being on the market for a while! An extra indication the seller doesn't have all the time in the world.0
