Abbey..letter acknowledging my letter of complaint about unauthorised o/d charges.

Hi ,
Please, can anyone tell me if I just have to sit and wait until the OFT and the Banks have settled the court test case..then wait until I hear from Abbey again..or do I need to something else.

    Depends if you are in financial Hardship or not.
