BB connection keeps dropping - HELP!

I'm with wanadoo and never had problems until recently, when my BB connection has started dropping, usually every 2 or 3 minutes. I get the dialog window, I click on connect and keeps telling me "no dial tone", or "connection failed". I click repeatedly until a connection is established.
A few minutes later it happens again. Sometimes I can work a full half our or so, but then it starts again.
I have two laptops, one 1 year old, the other bought last week. This problem occurs with both, so it's got to be a fault on the line or at the wanadoo end.
Has anyone experienced this problem at all, and if so what was the solution? Each wanadoo tech support person I spoke to has a different solution and none of these work!

No I only have the boring 5 channels. However wanadoo have come back to me about 15 minutes ago. They did a fault test and found out that the trouble is at their end and say it should be sorted by tomorrow afternoon.

Wanty, I won't take offence if you block me, as I know it must be annoying. If I knew a way to stop it from here I would have already sorted it out, hun.
