edit: just been reading posts from other winners & does anybody know if there if there is still a problem with booking ? It's not showing in my ccount yet, do i need to give them a call ? Thanks

    Hi and well done on your win. I won on the 11th May and it did take longer than the stated 4 to 5 working days to credit the free night to my account but it did eventually appear and allow me to book. So just keep checking back to your account - you need to check in the awards section under My Promotional Awards to see if its been credited.

    I stayed at the Andaz, Liverpool Street last night after winning this - I can't recommend it enough - was absolutely perfect. Thanks so much Mamzie, I got some pics so will post soon. I phoned up the booking line the day before and booked - no problem at all xx
