I work in a small school, 198 pupils, in the past is joined up with two other local small schools, on a rota basis. However we seem to have more affluent parents at the moment, it amazes me the wads of vouchers that come in. Although, we get lots more Sainsbury's vouchersif i had known then what i know now0

maybe if gready people didnt sell them on e-bay and instead donated them to their local schools there would be more to go around.0

We are normally an asda shopper but coz DS loves taking them in we have to shop at tesco while the offer is on. I think the are a fantastic offer but maybe they could bring the amount of vouchers reqired down, even if its for smaller schools. My soons school have only ever been able to get one because of not enough vouchers. For every one computer a school get tesco have made £120,000Work like you don't need money,Love like you've never been hurt,And dance like no one's watchingSave the cheerleader, save the world!0

In past years (not sure if policy is still current -will have to check with headteacher mum) you can "bank" your vouchers if you don't get enough and then carry on the following year.0

I cant believe people on Ebay would stoop so low and SELL computers for schools vouchers!!! Isn't this like taking candy from a baby? I'm absolutely appalled.Women marry men hoping they will change, men marry women hoping they won't! Inevitably they will both be disappointed.Albert Einstein:smileyhea0

The one in the post office seems the most popular - there are always loads in them!
Also, just a thought, are you able to ask the local Tescos to donate those vouchers that aren't taken by their customers to your school?0 -

Hi Minky and anyone else that can help.
If you have unwanted Tesco vouchers the children's ward at Mount Vernon Cancer hospital is trying to raise 22000 vouchers for equipment for the Rainbow ward for sick children.
They're trying to get a computer and other equipment so that sick kids have something to take their minds off their illness and treatment.
They're also looking for art and crafts materials for the children to make things from .
It's a very worthwhile cause if anyone can help.
