I didn't know whether this was more suitable here or in the competitions thread/forum, but basically I wanted to know is !!!!!!! site a legit site, do people actually win? Or is it a scam and is it spammy?

Also does anyone have a full list of legit sites?

I think it must be a spam site or soemthing as the site has been replaced by exclamation marks
