can i claim back charges applied to my account when i wrote out a cheque and forgot to transfer funds to cover it? the cheque bounced but the next day i transferred the funds and the cheque was presented again a couple of days later. however, i was charged for not having the cash to cover the cheque when it was first presented.

Yes, you can claim any bank charges, credit card charges etc.I know my spelling is shocking :eek: It is alot better than it used to be though :rotfl:0
