Their interest rates have been poor for some time, but what kept me with them was their fresh and modern design, and a sense that they really cared for customer service. I think it is pretty poor that smile credit cards now offer worse interest rates and less cashback than cards marketed under the co-operative brand.
Surely it costs them less to run smile accounts as they don't have to send out paper statements?

I also hate the bright pink colour scheme. I wish the online service gave you the facility to change it (something you can do with nationwide).
